1. Take a look at the descriptions of each commission type above and choose the one that best fits your needs and your budget. Check out the About The Artist Page to see more about the artistic process, and see if the artist style fits your vision. If you are unsure choose the one that best fits your budget and we can work together to figure out which one fits best.

2. Filling out the commission form is very easy. However if you encounter any issues feel free to each out via our Contact Page . We will be more than happy to go over each question via Email.

3. We will communicate over email (unless you chose the Elite Custom Commander Deck) This is where we discuss the vision, timeline, budget, and needs of the commission. Now is the time to ask all the questions, give any references you may have. AI images will not be accepted as reference; bad stick figures, stock photos, or even a really good description is preferred. It is my job to turn what you describe into a magical reality! This is also the step where we agree on scope and price. Never hesitate to voice any questions or worries at this stage, it’s what it’s here for!

4. I will set up a custom commission listing on this website and send you the link. This will list everything we discussed in the consultation phase. All commissions must be paid before work starts. The custom listing is a quote and price agreed to is only locked in for a total of two weeks after creation unless otherwise agreed upon. After two weeks the listing will be taken down and we will revisit when its time to revisit the project.

5. I will provide 1-5 sketches depending on subject and type of commission. NOW is the time to ask for changes, tell me what is liked and not liked, and ask questions about how I see the final vision. Make sure you are 100% happy with the mock up. This will likely be a rough sketch which may include a mix of sketches and 3D models, and other tools. These will in no way be a full representation of the final product, this is why it is imperative that questions and collaboration is made clear here.

6. I will provide regular updates on your work, send work in progress photos. After sketches are approved you will get a limited number of edits. This is NOT a major change like changing poses or composition but smaller changes, examples could be, color choice, additional effects, lighting. These edits are limited at this point to keep your commission smooth and as fast as possible. Never be afraid to ask for changes even if it does feel like a big change we can always work together to come up with options that wont delay your commission.

7. I will send a masterpiece that you commissioned for final approval. Now is the chance to make sure there is nothing missing or off. Just like proof reading a piece of creative writing even artist need a second pair of eyes to make sure nothing is missed. After final image is approved can I start the card order.

8. I will send a print ready image perfect for making at home proxies with out the wait of a manufacture. At this same time the 5 cards will be ordered. The turn around time from the manufacture can vary from 3 to 6 weeks but usually lands around 3 weeks.

9. Once printed cards are in my possession I will immediately ship the cards out to the name and address given on the commission form.

10. Receive your cards, sleeve them up and get ready to play!
